SECURITY CAMERA STATEMENT

GREENMEADOW COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CAMERA STATEMENT 

Greenmeadow has deployed video cameras, with no audio, around the property. They operate 24×7 and are intended to help ensure the facility stays safe and intact, and to help us track down reports of disturbance or damage. These cameras are a necessary component of maintaining the safety of our members and ensuring the longevity and functionality of our facilities.

The video footage from the cameras is available to the pool manager and to GMCA members authorized by the Board to help maintain our facilities. Specific incidents caught on camera may be shared with police in the case of criminal mischief. The feeds are not otherwise accessible.

Cameras are not, and will never be, located in particularly sensitive areas such as locker rooms or bathrooms.

Please use the facility responsibly and encourage others to do so as well.
