Yoga – Thurs Evenings

An event every week that begins at 8:30 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Regular yoga classes are led by Limor Nirpaz and are held in our community room. Limor is a certified yoga instructor, and has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She has also studied physical education, pilates, reflexology and healing. In Limor’s classes you can expect to experience the healing power of touch and movement through a grounded breath-based flow accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome.
