DESCRIPTION:The Scary Distance Meet is an old Greenmeadow tradition\, which many older swimmers remember as a frightfully favorite event. Swim longer than normal distances with extra challenging events for those who want even more of a fright. Low key and purely for fun—no DQs\, no places\, lots of candy and raffle prizes. \n\n\n\n\nWHO: The meet is open to all 2021 Summer Marlins\, Jr. Marlins\, and Post-Season swimmers\, but no adults for this one\, just the kiddos. \nCOST? The cost is $10 per entrant\, which includes a special meet swim cap\, goodie bag\, and a raffle ticket per event entered. \n\n\nCOSTUMES? Yes! We encourage costumes for kids and adults alike. \nHOW TO ENTER? We are finalizing the meet and entry process\, but please keep an eye out for more information. We will send out an email and the meet will also be listed as an open event on the Marlins website.
